  • We require 24 – Hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for appointments. There is a 100% cancellation fee with less than a 24 – Hour notice for services. No-shows will be billed 100% for all scheduled services and or packages.
  • We request that all appointments be confirmed with a credit card please have one ready when you call to make your appointment.
  • Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your beauty services. Please helpus by being on time so that no one will wait for service.
  • We recommend that clients schedule their next colour, hair cut, perm, manicure, facial or massage prior to leaving LilySalon & SPA.
  • If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by an other staff member ok if would like a different perspective please let us know. We are professionals and are happy to have clients work with all staff members
  • All prices are subject to change and gratuities are not included

  • Lily Salon & SPA believes in providing on going training for our staff as our professionals learn and exercise their talents, you benefit from the result.

  • Gift certificates are available at the front desk. The are non-refundable and good for 1 year.
